3 to 5 Childcare Team Lead

South Vancouver Neighbourhood House is opening a new licensed centre in West Fraserlands and requires a Team Lead for its 3‑to‑5 childcare program. The Team Lead provides leadership, supervises staff, plans curriculum that supports children’s whole development, ensures licensing requirements are met and builds collaborative relationships with families and community service providers. Applicants need a BC ECE licence, First Aid and Food Safe, at least three years of experience in a leadership role in licensed child care, knowledge of the BC Early Learning Framework and strong communication and team‑building skills. A Special Needs ECE licence is an asset.
