Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Chabad of Midtown in Toronto is hiring an Early Childhood Educator Assistant to provide hands‑on support to infants and toddlers. Responsibilities include bathing, diapering and feeding infants, maintaining daycare equipment, storytelling and song time, assisting early childhood educators with programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional and social development, leading activities, keeping records, encouraging creativity through art and music, engaging children with crafts and songs, preparing snacks and arranging rooms for lunches and rest periods, observing and reporting potential learning or behavioural issues and attending staff meetings. Applicants must have one to two years of experience and meet educational requirements. The permanent, full‑time position pays $21 per hour for 40 hours per week and includes financial benefits like life insurance, a pension plan and an RRSP.
