Early Childhood Educator

Kids Zone Daycare in Toronto seeks an Early Childhood Educator to create and run developmental programs that support children’s physical, cognitive, emotional and social growth. Key duties include leading stories, songs and local outings, encouraging creativity through art, drama, music and active play, guiding children in proper eating, dressing and toilet habits, observing for potential learning or behavioural issues and preparing reports, maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues and community services, and planning a safe, healthy environment. Candidates must hold a First Aid certificate, pass criminal, medical, and vulnerable sector checks and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach. The permanent, full‑time role pays about $25.06 per hour for 40 hours a week, with no remote option.
