KidTown Childcare Associate

Midtown Athletic Club in Weston, Florida is hiring a KidTown Childcare Associate to inspire young members through movement‑based activities and personal attention. The role involves fostering an environment of fun physical activity, leading arts and crafts, story time and games, communicating behaviours to parents, creating relationships with families, keeping the childcare space clean and germ‑free, and partnering with club leadership to continuously improve KidTown programming. Applicants must have at least two years of experience working with children, be comfortable with ages 8 weeks to 15 years, possess outstanding verbal communication skills, high energy and a positive attitude, and be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
